Before stepping into the family business, he founded his own company, Jiahe, achieved notable success, and gained valuable experience. Only then did he return to assume leadership, merging Jiahe with his father’s company, Hailu. Yet coming back to take over was no easier than starting from scratch. In the early stages of his succession, General Manager Tseng navigated the challenging integration of old and new teams, and realized that different eras call for different governance approaches.
