Founded in 1954, Victor Taichung specializes in the production of CNC lathes, machining centers, and plastic injection molding machines. Boasting six major product divisions, the company celebrates its 66th anniversary this year and, for decades, has adhered to a philosophy of superior quality and customer-first service, earning the trust of countless clients. The Atlas Branding team is honored to welcome Ms. Yi-Ying Huang, the third-generation Special Assistant to the Chairman, to CEO Studio to share her succession story. Although she does not have a mechanical engineering background, her expertise in branding and marketing has helped establish a new brand image for Victor Taichung.

In this era of rapidly rising female successors, each successor’s story is unique. During our interview, Ms. Huang openly discussed her journey taking on responsibilities at Victor Taichung—her personal history, the reforms she introduced after joining the company, and the ways she has continued to improve herself. Drawing from her own experiences, she offered a piece of advice to young people facing challenges—particularly women entering the workforce: “Persist in doing what’s right, and have the courage to be disliked for it.” Ms. Huang’s spirit of innovation and willingness to embrace change continues to propel Victor Taichung forward.
